An event every week that begins at 9:30 am on Monday, repeating until June 28, 2021
This low-impact, fun and inspiring total body water workout utilizes movements and positions from dance, Pilates, and yoga that have been adapted to be challenging and effective in water.
All fitness levels are welcome. No swim experience is necessary. Wear proper swim attire, water shoes are optional. Bring a towel. Face coverings are required while at the facility, may be removed while actively exercising and maintaining social distancing.
