REST FOR RESULTS: HOW SLEEP HELPS WEIGHT LOSS
Sleep for weight loss
When your body is deprived of quality sleep, it responds the same as if it were experiencing physical stress. Lack of sleep causes your body to release chemicals telling your body to quickly refuel, leading to sugar cravings.
Look good, feel good
Sleep is essential for more than just fighting food cravings. Your body needs sleep to maintain a strong immune system and support cellular maintenance to look refreshed. Better quality sleep leads to better hair, nails, skin, and even longer attention-span.
How much is enough?
Your body is designed to get 7-10 hours of sleep a night. When it comes to maximizing health and wellness, a minimum of seven hours of quality sleep per night is essential.
Improving sleep quality
